Lux Laundry Spa Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by Lux Laundry Spa, including self-service laundry, wash and fold, pickup and delivery, commercial laundry, and specialty cleaning services. By using our services, visiting our laundromat, or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Lux Laundry Spa provides the following services:

• Self-service laundromat access
• Wash and fold drop-off service
• Pickup and delivery laundry service
• Commercial and linen cleaning services
• Specialty item cleaning including comforters and horse blankets

2. Service Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Current standard pricing includes:

• Wash & Fold: $1.60/lb (Same-Day $2.00/lb)
• Pickup & Delivery: $1.70/lb (Same-Day $2.00/lb)
• Comforters: King $27, Queen $24
• Sleeping Bags: $22
• Pillows: $5
• Horse Blankets: $25 ($45 with waterproofing)

Final pricing may vary depending on item type, weight, condition, or special handling requirements.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround for wash and fold is next-day service. Same-day service is available for an additional fee and depends on drop-off time and workload.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Check all pockets before submitting laundry
• Separate delicate or special-care items
• Inform staff of any stains or special instructions
• Remove valuables from clothing and bags

Lux Laundry Spa is not responsible for items left in pockets or undisclosed special care requirements.

5. Loss or Damage Policy

While we take reasonable care in handling your laundry, Lux Laundry Spa is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear
• Color fading or shrinkage due to standard washing
• Damage due to manufacturer defects or weak fabrics

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

6. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery services are available in select service areas. Customers must ensure:

• Accurate address and contact details
• Access to laundry at scheduled times
• Timely communication if changes are needed

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept approved payment methods including cash, card, and digital payments.

All sales are final unless otherwise determined by Lux Laundry Spa.

8. Refusal of Service

Lux Laundry Spa reserves the right to refuse service for:

• Hazardous or contaminated items
• Items with strong odors or biohazards
• Improperly packaged laundry for pickup

9. Limitation of Liability

Lux Laundry Spa’s liability is limited to the reasonable value of the laundry items processed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Service Availability

Hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Service availability may change due to holidays, maintenance, or operational needs.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
